Most people perceive conflict as indicative of a major problem. The main reason (according to many observer) to engage in conflict is to reach a lasting resolution which without will only merely makes conflict becomes an opportunity to recycle old arguments and possibly disagreements.
A lasting resolution to a conflict can not only be rewarding & exciting, but can help move things forward.
Our experience in this area has proven that not every conflict has an easy –to –achieve resolution, though most do. People are more adept at avoiding conflict than seeing what needs to be done to resolve them or find a lasting solution.
Conflict is not inherently bad, but it is the way in which conflict is managed that determines its outcome.
FCGI Conflict Resolution training will give participants usable relevant and confidence building tools to help them handle difficult situation more effectively. The training can be tailored as an in-house programme to deal/address specific issues within our clients company or from one to one through to fully tailored company wide programmes.
The course is tailored towards Individuals and groups involve in effective management and participation of fostering/building peace reconciliation within and between communities.
Training style will focus more on role play and general discussion involving participants. Trainer input to impart specialist knowledge at every stage of the course, will be on hand to guide and assist delegates throughout the duration of the programme.
